Camera phones are not a simple Point-&-Shoot digital camera that has standard & sophisticated features. While they are essential for a prized shot, camera phones have become the one only ever-present option to capture moments which are essential and of value.
Will you run for your Olympus DSLR when u see your Kid taking his/her first steps OR when u see your cousin slipping candy in his/her pocket when he/she is banned to eat anything Sweet??

One of reason why person erases photograph taken from phone's camera is because of the unsatisfactory end-results. These "results" include: blur, over bright or dark, also its object is partially cut. Here in this post, are common, but hereto ignored "tricks" to result a optimal qualified image:


1. Utilize largest Mega-Pixel measure available, The greater measure (pixel) photo, the greater detail it will get visually.

2. Use all objects in the vicinity, Many-A-times Camera-Yielding person (hereto referred to as Shooter) just focuses on its Primary photography object only, neglecting the environment around it.

3. Don't place object on the in the middle of the photograph, since with place object not in the middle image, making your more photograph "Mask" a lot of other objects that may be caught & enhance the effect.

Even with aided flash, Many-A-Times its results are not optimal, since flash's average on phone just effective on semi distances up to one meter. Use an external source of Lighting if Possible to fill in the Gap & remember to keep the Object "Facing" the Light.

10. The Phone usually "Names" the shots in default name (Usually Date_Time). Hence make it a point to move photo to computer & rename to desired name. Thus you will save space on Camera & your Phone will be clutter free.

11. Maintain Exposure Value until –2.0. exposure's appreciative excelsior draws that resulting getting brightness. On the contrary if its point getting little minus, the image will get dark. Manage exposure's appreciative suiting with available object. Not all Phone-Camera have all the settings as above, but as always there are better setting that "ARE" available & rules corresponds to tips given above.

Here you are presented with Two simple Options as Shown Below:

Select the "Original Resolution" of the Target Game. Move on to Desired Resolution. i.e. Resolution of your Phone. Thereafter Click on Select & resize. Viola!!! The Jar Game is Re-sized to fit your screen.

Tips Galore! For Google Chrome

Some cool Tips for the newly released Google Chrome!

1. Right click the forward or back button to check the list of sites you recently visited.
2. Chrome has a built in basic converter for basic conversions. Just type in “7 feet in cms” and look what you get!

3. Press Ctrl+shift+T to open the last closed tab. (Works for Firefox as well)
4. Click and drag the bottom right corner of a text box to increase the text area.

5. Right click, select Inspect Element to get details on resources used by elements in the web page. These include images and scripts loaded.
6. You can drag and drop an open tab to get a new window.

7. To search within a web site that supports Open Search, simply visit that site and enter the domain name again – which becomes a keyword in itself. Once you do that, you will see an option to press tab. Press tab and then enter your search query to execute your search!
8. Right click the address bar and delect “Edit search engines” to change the default search engine. Depending on your location, Chrome also lists local search engines. Like Guruji in our case! Cool!

9. You can drag and drop a downloaded file directly from the browser to any folder or location of your choice.

10. Another interesting tip is to run a web page as an application. Let’s assume you wish to run Gmail as a standalone application, separate from the browser. All you need to do is the following. Open Gmail in Chrome -> Go to “New” -> Select “Create application shortcuts”. You will get the option to create a shortcut for Gmail directly. You can save the shortcut to your desktop and directly access Google by clicking the “Gmail” icon from the desktop. This can happen for any web page. Twitter, Orkut or Facebook!

Tutorial: Setting up the Dlink ADSL-2640T wirelessly with BSNL

Here is a small tutorial that could help you set up a wireless network at home with the D-Link 2940T wireless router. The reason for this tutorial is because, I myself had to do quite a bit of searching and analysis, before I finally managed to get it up and running. Note that these steps are for BSNL folks only.


This is a basic router for home and small business usage.. lets delve straight into setting it up.

Initially, what you need to do is to connect all the cables. This includes connecting the phone line to the splitter (provided) and then connecting the RJ-15 cable to the router. Then connect the blue RJ-45 cable to one of the LAN ports at the rear of the router. Connect the other end of the LAN cable to your computer. Power the router on. Check if the LAN link light is lit up.The ADSL light should blink and then steady once the connection with the server is established.If this does not happen, check if the cables (RJ-15) have been properly connected. Also ensure that the ADSL service has been activated for you. The "Status" LED will keep on blinking on this router. THIS IS NORMAL.

Once all this is set, access the router by browsing to http://192.168.1.1 in your browser. This is the default IP for the router and ideally, your XP/Vista PC should open this up fine. It will prompt you to enter an username and password. The default ID and password are admin. After you log in, you will see an option to run a wizard.Run the Wizard. Select "Bridged Mode" as the option and leave the values at default. Save the settings and the router will restart after the settings are saved. Once back online, browse to the WAN settings in the router configuration utility and create a wireless network. You can add WEP key for added security and you will also get a default SSID. You can either stick with the dlink SSID or choose an ID of your own.

Check if your PC/Laptop is now able to connect to the wireless network. If not, try to run the wireless set up wizard. That is about the wireless part.

Now, go to "My network places" and create a new connection.Select the "Set up connection manually" option and the select "Connect using a broadband connection that requires an username and password". Enter your ISP name (or any name) and then enter the user name and password. You will get the PPPOE dial up box. Click connect and voila! You're online!!

A problem associated with this set-up could be that you might have issues adding another system to your network. However, for a one system wireless network, this should work just fine.
